MICHELE PERINI President
Graduated in Business Economy at Bocconi University, he is president of SAGSA a company partially owned by his family. From 2001 up to
June 2005 Perini has been President of Assolombarda, where he had already been President of the Small Industry between 1997 and 2001 and
at present he is member of the Board of Directors and the Committee. Since October 2003 he is President of Milan Fair. He is a member of the
Board of Directors, the Committee of Confindustria and also of the Board of Directors of Assufficio.
Perini is President of the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum of Tecnology and Science in Milan, Board Member of Filolombarda, ICE and the Business
University Luigi Bocconi.
MAURIZIO ROMITI Vice President and CEO From 1997 up to 2004 has been in charge as CEO in RCS MediaGroup (former "HdP") and from 1986 Central Managing Director of Mediobanca, which he joined in 1977 in charge of the Service for Contributions and Special Affairs. From 1973 to 1977 he has been working by Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura. He has been monitoring and implementing several financial restructurings in companies such as: Snia Viscosa, Montedison Group, Fondiaria Group, Ferruzzi Group, Arvedi Group, RCS, Gemina and Zanussi Group. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors in several societies such as Banca Commerciale Italiana, Pirelli, La Fondiaria, Fondazione Corriere della Sera, Snia, Credito Italiano International Ltd, Ratti e H3G.
Today he is President of Copaim and Franchini International and sits on the board of Twin and Marpack. He graduated in Business Economy at Bocconi University.
ALESSANDRO SANTINI General Director From 2001 up to December 2005 he has been in charge as Director, responsible for the Fashion-Luxury sector for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he gained a remarkable experience in special financial transactions, mainly focusing on mergers and acquisitions. From 1996 to 2001 he has worked for the Ferragamo Group as Controller in charge of the European and Asian associates and from 1999 to 2001 was Business Development Manager at the investment Holding of tha Ferragamo Group monitoring and managing several various transactions. He started his career in Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Santini graduated in Business Administration at Mercy College di New York and holds a Master in Business Administration got at LUISS in Rome. He fluently speaks english and french.
ALESSANDRO SIGNORINI Senior Advisor After many working experiences in multinational companies started in 1973, from 1989 up to 1993 he has been in charge of the managment and coordination of the financial, fiscal, administrative and managemet aspects for Benetton Group, including affiliated companies in Italy and abroad. In 1993 he entered in Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi S.p.A. where at first, from 1993 to 1994, he was CFO of Cavi e Sistemi S.p.A., later from 1994 and 2000 Director of Market Development. In 2001 he became Director of the Group Business Development in Pirelli S.p.A.; later from 2002 up to 2008 he was Pubblic Affairs Director and International Business Developer for Pirelli Group & C. S.p.A.-Industrial Sectors.
He holds a bachelor degree cum Laude in Business Economy at University of Naples and a Master in Business Administration at Wharton School of Philadelphia.
DOMENICO SIBILIO Senior Manager From 2002 he has been in charge as Manager for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he gained a significant experience in finance. From 1999 to 2002 he has been working by Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a financial analyst and in 1998 he joined Fila Holding. He is at present director in some manufacturing companies. He followed important national and international transactions. He graduated with honours at Bocconi University in Business Economy and Finance. He is registered on the commercial doctors college and speaks fluent english and french.
ALBERTO CARLUCCI Manager Alberto Carlucci, Manager in Pentar, since 2003 served in Tamburi Investment Partners, merchant – investment bank listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, as Associate and gaining significant experiences in special finance and management consulting (merger & acquisition, enterprise evaluation/ investment projects, ….) focalizing his activity in different sectors including: consumer/retail/luxury goods. He previously worked in KPMG in the Corporate Finance division. He holds a degree in Economics from Naples ’s Federico II University, and specialized his education at the Castellanza University (VA) where has achieved the Master in Merchant Banking.
