MAURIZIO ROMITI Vice-President - Managing Director
Graduated at Bocconi University, Maurizio Romiti is at present President of Investimenti Infrastrutture S.p.A. and Advisor in some companies. From 1997 up to 2004 has been in charge as CEO in RCS MediaGroup (former "HdP") and from 1986 Central Managing Director of Mediobanca, which he joined in 1977 in charge of the Service for Contributions and Special Affairs. From 1973 to 1977 he has been working by Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura. He has been monitoring and implementing several financial restructurings in companies such as: Snia Viscosa, Montedison Group, Fondiaria Group, Ferruzzi Group, Arvedi Group, RCS, Gemina and Zanussi Group. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors in several societies such as Banca Commerciale Italiana, Pirelli, La Fondiaria, Fondazione Corriere della Sera, Snia, Credito Italiano International Ltd, Ratti e H3G. ALESSANDRO SANTINI General Manager He graduated in Business Administration at Mercy College in New York and he holds a Master in Business Administration got at LUISS University, Rome, from 2001 up to December 2005 he has been in charge as Director, responsible for the Fashion-Luxury sector for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he gained a remarkable experience in special financial transactions, mainly focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He managed several transactions in the consumer business sector, including the sale of Emanuel Ungaro on behalf of Ferragamo, the acquisition of Ballantyne on behaf of the Charme fund, assisting the Consortium led by Deutsche Bank, Pirelli Real Estate, Investitori Associati, the Borletti family in the acquisition of Rinascente. He started his career in Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in 1993 and in 1996 he moved and joined Ferragamo Group as controller of the European and Asian subsidiaries, monitoring and managing several various transactions. DOMENICO SIBILIO Senior Manager He graduated with honours at Bocconi University, from 2002 he has been in charge as Manager for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he gained a significant experience in special finance and particularly in mergers and acquisitions, assisting private equity funds, besides business evaluations, business planning and financial modelling. From 1999 he has been working by Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a financial analyst and in 1998 he joined Fila Holding. He is at present director in some manufacturing companies. He followed important national and international transactions including the acquisition of Lucchini Group and Hutton Collins di Elettra Holding on behalf of Oxenbridge funds, the acquisition of Ballantyne Cashmere on behalf of Charme fund, the acquisition of the property division of Fiera Milano on behalf of the Cordata Generali-Ras-Fonsai-Lamaro-Lar and the acquisition of divisions of British Petrolium Plc and Saras S.p.A by Agip Petroli S.p.A., the acquisition of Rinascente by Deutsche Bank, Pirelli real estate, Investitori Associati and the Borletti family. IGNAZIO CASTIGLIONI Senior Manager Ignazio Castiglioni has been working by PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory - Italy from 2001 where he has been in charge as Manager and gained e remarkable experience in extraordinary finance and management consulting, focusing on Real Estate, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive e Consumer Goods, and especially on Food & Beverage. He has been formerly working for Pirelli Real Estate, starting his career by EBLab, Centre of Excellence of "Politecnico Innovazione". He got a degree in Management Engineering at "Politecnico" in Milano and improved his education in Belgium attending a Master degree in Management of Innovation at "Polytechnique di Mons" University. ALBERTO CARLUCCI Manager Alberto Carlucci, Manager in Pentar, since 2003 served in Tamburi Investment Partners, merchant – investment bank listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, as Associate and gaining significant experiences in special finance and management consulting (merger & acquisition, enterprise evaluation/ investment projects, ….) focalizing his activity in different sectors including: consumer/retail/luxury goods. He previously worked in KPMG in the Corporate Finance division. He holds a degree in Economics from Naples ’s Federico II University, and specialized his education at the Castellanza University (VA) where has achieved the Master in Merchant Banking. From 2007 he holds the position of Manager in Pentar. CINZIA RASCAZZO Manager of Apulia Office Cinzia Rascazzo is the Manager of Apulia office. She graduated at Bocconi University and has a Master in Business Administration by Harvard Business School in Boston, since 2002 she has been working as Associate for Goldman Sachs, in both London and New York Offices, taking care of Fixed Income derivative products mainly for French Multinationals. In 1996 she started her career in the International marketing by Johnson & Johnson and in 1998 she moved to Kraft. ANTONIO TUCCILLO Manager of Campania Office Antonio Tuccillo graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University in Naples, on the roll of Chartered Accountants, he manages Pentar Office in Naples. Since 1986 he has been working as Accountant and at present he is Member of the Board of Directors and of he Executive Committee of Banca del Sud. He has been member of the Board of Directors of several other companies such as Automotive SpA and Magneti Marelli electronic Systems. BRUNO VALENTI Manager of Sardinia Office Bruno Valenti is the manager of the Office in Cagliari, since 1989 he has been in charge as General Manager of Sfirs S.p.A., finance company of Sardinia region, with a corporate asset of about 150 mln Euros. He was formerly a self-employed lawyer and a teacher in Jurisprudence and Economics. He has been President of the Board of Directors of Osservatorio Industriale in and he is at present CEO of Sarda Factoring S.p.A. In the course of time he has been in charge as CEO of some companies operating in the financial and industrial sectors including: Lasi S.p.A. and Seed Invest Sardinia S.r.l. EMANUELA CATTANEO Shangai Office Ms. Emanuela Cattaneo holds a BA degree from Bocconi University, Milan. From 1995 to 2004 she worked in management consulting companies in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Milan, as Director and Project Manager for China entry, start-up and business development projects for a number of Italian and European companies. She gained a broad experience in different industries such as, among the others, textile, consumer goods and garments/accessories. She also worked on different projects in other South-East Asian countries like Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Maleysia. From 2004 to 2007 she was General Manager for a leading Italian textile company in Shanghai, for which she negotiated and started up a production joint venture with local partners and developed sales and distribution of imported textile products. CONNIE XI FENG Shangai Office Ms. Connie Xi Heng holds the Master in Business Administration from University of Illinois of Chicago in 2002. In 2002 she worked in Citibank of Chicago like Financial Executive Intern holding the position of coordinating and search for potential customers. From 2002 to 2003 she worked in Nelton Jewel Art Inc. like Marketing Senior Research Analyst attending to markets research and qualitative research. From 2004 to 2007 she worked in Bearing Point Consultant like Manager following a lot of projects in the banking sector in particular in the redefinition of the companies and structures process. From march 2007 she worked in Michelin Investment Ltd like Manager attending to organization and development of the company process.
